  • Contact information — your email address when you sign up for early access or contact us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website or use our Services, we automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers.
  • Usage data — pages visited, links clicked, features used, timestamps, referring URLs, and landing page information.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — we and third-party services place cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies on your device or browser to collect information. See Section 5 for details.

1.3 YouTube API Data

Our VideoFinder service uses YouTube API Services to search for and display video content. When you use VideoFinder, we access the following data from the YouTube API:

  • Video titles, thumbnails, channel names, and publication dates
  • Video identifiers and URLs

This data is retrieved based on the search queries you provide. We do not access your personal YouTube account, watch history, subscriptions, or any other personal YouTube data. The YouTube API data is used solely to display search results and is not stored permanently — it is cached temporarily (up to 30 days) to improve performance and reduce redundant API calls, then refreshed or deleted.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
  • Process your requests (title optimization, image optimization, video search)
  • Display YouTube video search results via the VideoFinder feature
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Communicate with you about your account, early access, and service updates
  • Monitor usage patterns and analyze trends to improve user experience
  • Enforce our terms of use and protect against misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — we use third-party services to operate our platform, including Amazon Web Services (hosting and infrastructure), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (website analytics), and Shopify (app platform integration). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
  • YouTube API Services — search queries you submit through VideoFinder are sent to YouTube API Services to retrieve video results. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
